A shelter is a place where people affected by war temporarily live.
Shelters for internally displaced persons (IDPs) provide a safe place to live, but they often face serious financial difficulties to provide adequate facilities and really help those in difficult circumstances.
As part of the “Cold Winter” project, we were able to help shelters make the lives of internally displaced persons comfortable and safe, and together with donors, we made repairs in the premises that needed it and were able to provide IDPs with a safe and comfortable place to live.
