Doctors of the Kherson region are recuperating in Europe.
Such encouragement was given to several doctors from the Kherson region by our charitable foundation “Ship of Help” with the support of the regional health department. Such an initiative not only allows doctors to rest, but also relieves the psychological burden of doctors.
One of the examples of how such a rest can have a positive effect on medical workers can be found in the story of a young female intern at the Kherson City Hospital named after E. Karabeles, Natalia Mynka. After hard work in the war zone, she had the opportunity to relax in the quiet cities of Europe.
Director of the Kherson City Hospital named after E. Karabelesha rightly noted that medical workers facing military conflict and crisis situations especially need psychological recovery. Resting abroad helps to relieve accumulated stress and gain strength for unceasing assistance to the sick.
Thanks to the support of the “Ship of Help” charity fund and the regional health department, medical personnel from the Kherson region have new opportunities for developing and maintaining their health. Giving medics who work in the harsh conditions of war time to rest and recuperate is a recognition of their tireless work.
